- Delivery, Collection, and Extensions
2.1 Delivery and Collection

- Place only the correct waste type (General Waste, Garden Waste, or Clean Fill Waste) in the Skip Bin, as specified in your Order Summary.
- Load waste safely and securely, complying with all laws.

- Place Skip Bins on roads or footpaths without a council permit.
3.3 Skip Bin Ownership
- We own the Skip Bin at all times. You must not sell, lend, or claim ownership of it.

4.2 Contamination
- If your Skip Bin contains Prohibited Materials or the wrong waste type:
- We may refuse collection until you remove the issue. You can do this onsite if our truck is present, or we’ll reschedule the collection. A call out fee will be charged.
- If we collect a contaminated bin, you’ll pay a contamination fee starting at $500 (plus GST), depending on disposal costs (up to $4,000 for hazardous waste). We’ll provide a breakdown of the fee if applied.

- Extra fees (e.g., for overweight bins, contamination, or extensions) will be invoiced separately and are due within 7 days.
- Unpaid amounts may incur interest at 2% per month, plus collection costs if we pursue overdue payments.
- Waste Ownership
- General Waste, Garden Waste, and Clean Fill Waste become our property once we collect them. We may recycle Clean Fill Waste or dispose of it at our discretion.
- Prohibited Materials remain your responsibility, even if we collect them.
