WBS have been fantastic. Their drivers are professional, polite and ensure they put the skip exactly where you want it. They have always maintained their delivery times (we've had 4 skips in as many weeks) and as soon as the skip is full they've been happy to get it taken away and replaced with a new one.

We have been using this service for about 12 months. The company is efficient,friendly and do a great job of emptying and cleaning your bin. They recently changed their pick up day. So instead of just sending an email they personally telephoned each customer to advise of the change.What fantastic customer service.!!! So if you need a compost bin service you can't go wrong with this company. And they are local to Matamata. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

The best service I could have asked for with weekly collections even on public holidays. Which is a great help when our normal rubbish and recycling bins get full abit to fast. This service makes it more convenient with being able to chuck almost anything in the bin with cheap prices.

Have been using Wheelie Bin for several years now - drivers and office staff are always friendly and courteous, both for our regular fortnightly green wheelie bin pick-up, and when we've hired the occasional skip for bulky waste. Very happy to recommend them

Great service! The skip bin was delivered quickly and the team were super friendly and easy to deal with. The guy who dropped off and picked up the bin (he had a gold tooth and lots of tattoos) was awesome – really nice and professional. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a bin service!

Excellent company to deal with, and the drivers do a great job. Our bin is always hosed after emptying, something we appreciate every time we open the lid! Definitely recommend 👌

I have been using Wheelie Bin Services for around 5 years. They are a great company to use. In this time, I have moved house and there was no issues with organizing the change of address for pick up. I am grateful that they let me pay weekly through automatic payment as this is easier to budget for. Terry is always happy on every visit.

We have found the service to be great, dealing with bookings and bin change overs has been pleasant and the team have been very helpful over the phone. The drives have been extremely respectful and thoughtful when on site doing bin changes. Really impressed thanks.

We have been using Wheelie Bin for over 7 years now. They are always punctual in clearing the bin each week without fail. On only one occasion did we have an issue with the old bin breaking down after some 6 years of constant use. This was replaced by them promptly without any issues raised.

We have been with Wheelie Bin Services for years now. We tried multiple other wheelie bin providers and had no end of problems with bins never being collected etc.
These guys are fantastic and have never missed a pickup, even when people park on the street in front of our bins. They waterblast clean the bin every time too. And huge bonus, the drivers (we've had a couple at diff houses) are all lovely and friendly and wave at our kids!
Our customer service experiences have also been amazing.
